Shipping & Delivery
A piece that takes weeks to make deserves a journey handled with the same care. Here is where we ship, how long it truly takes, what it costs, and what happens between our atelier and your door — stated plainly, with no surprises.
1.Where we ship
We ship worldwide. The markets we currently serve are shown in the country selector at checkout, with prices in Pakistani Rupees within Pakistan and in US Dollars (or your local currency, where available) internationally. If your country is not yet listed, write to us — we will usually find a way.
2.Delivery times
Every piece is prepared, inspected and packed by hand before it leaves us. Made-to-order pieces enter production after your order is confirmed; the production time is shown on each piece’s page. The times below count from dispatch — the moment your piece leaves the atelier and your tracking begins.

These are honest ranges, not best-case marketing. Most orders arrive well within them; cross-border customs (clause 7) is the one stage no carrier on earth can promise to the day.
3.Complimentary shipping
- Within Pakistan — complimentary standard shipping on orders over Rs. 15,000.
- International — complimentary standard shipping on orders over USD 400.
Express delivery is always chargeable, calculated at checkout. Shipping for custom commissions is quoted separately — a piece made specifically for you travels on its own terms — and shipping for wholesale, trade and commercial orders is confirmed by our team when you speak with them.
4.Express delivery & special occasions
Needed for a birthday, a housewarming, a date that matters? Choose Express at checkout where the option is shown. If you don’t see it for your destination, add a note to your order or contact us on WhatsApp before ordering — we will tell you honestly what is possible for your date, and arrange the fastest service available.
5.Our carriers & tracking
Within Pakistan, deliveries travel with M&P. International orders travel with leading carriers including DHL, FedEx, Aramex and Rapidex — we choose the best service for your destination, and if a different carrier ever serves your route better, we use it and tell you.
The moment your order is fulfilled, you receive an email with the exact carrier name and your tracking number, and every update follows from there. You can also follow your piece through our Track Order page.
6.What we need from you
International carriers require three things without exception: an accurate email address, an active phone number, and a complete shipping address. We cannot dispatch without them, and errors in them are the most common cause of delay. Please check these carefully at checkout — thirty seconds there saves days later.
7.Customs & cross-border journeys
An international order is a cross-border shipment: it clears customs on leaving, and again in the country where it is delivered. These inspections are a normal, lawful part of international carriage — and they are the reason an international window can stretch. When customs holds a shipment for inspection, no carrier can hurry it; we ask for your patience, and we watch the tracking as closely as you do.
Import duties and taxes levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient unless expressly stated at checkout; for commercial and bulk orders, all duties, taxes and clearance costs are borne by the buyer. Full terms are in our Terms & Conditions.
8.Custom, wholesale & commercial orders
Custom commissions are packed and shipped on individually quoted terms, agreed with you before work begins. Wholesale, trade and commercial orders — including volume shipments for designers, hotels and retailers — are arranged by our team with freight terms confirmed in writing. 9.If your piece arrives damaged
Every piece leaves us examined and packed by hand, but a journey has hands other than ours. If your piece arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours of delivery at support@lampandglow.com, with photographs and — wherever possible — an unboxing video and the delivery box itself. This evidence lets us hold the carrier to account, and lets us put it right without argument: we will send a replacement as set out in our Returns & Exchanges policy.
